All Jordanian banks accept eFAWATEERcom bill payments through their online banking and mobile applications. Some have also enabled the service through their ATM machines. The eFAWATEERcom website allows you to select between two payment methods: DirectPay, which deducts directly from your Jordanian bank account or credit cards (Visa and Mastercard). There are no extra fees for using DirectPay, while credit cards incur an extra fee of up to 2.5%.
Bill payment can be done through any of the Jordanian mobile wallets: MadPay, Orange Money, Zain Cash, UWallet, Dinarak, Alawneh Pay, Gadha Wallet, and MEPS National Wallet.

eFAWATEERcom’s agents are authorized shops such as exchange houses that accept cash bill payments. Agents use the eFAWATEERcom web-based agent portal to process cash transactions as electronic payments. You will be asked to provide your mobile phone number, and you will receive a payment confirmation SMS upon successful completion of your transaction. The agent will also give you a printed receipt. There is an additional "counter commission, to be paid by the user of Efawateercom when paying through any of the payment service providers or their agents. After which, he/she will get a receipt showing the amount paid in full along with the added commissions.

All Jordan post offices accept eFAWATEERcom payments via their tellers at their offices that are spread across the country.
There are no extra fees for paying in the Jordan post offices
All Jordanian banks accept eFAWATEERcom payments via their tellers at their branch locations. You can visit any bank, it does not need to be one where you have a bank account. There is an extra 1 JD fee for paying at bank branches.
Point of sale locations like Safeway and Carrefour accept eFAWATEERcom payments at their customer service desks. There is a limited amount of services available to pay for at point of sale locations. Educational services are currently not available for payment. There might be an extra fee transaction for paying at points of sale as explained below. Use our list to find your nearest point of sale.
